January is the month to take stock. And so we did! 2018 was a year of great challenges but also of many successes.
2018 was a year of growth not only in the domestic market, in which we reached record sales but also in the foreign markets. These are some of the standouts in last year sales in comparison with the previous year of 2017:
· TriPortugal products – Rocha pear, apple, stone fruit, and grapes – reached a total of 15 countries worldwide being the United Kingdom, Brazil, Spain and Ireland its main buyers.
· Sales have increased 5%
· Foreign markets were responsible for 40% of sales and the domestic market for 60%
· Sales in the domestic market increased by 15%
These results make us very proud and are also very eager to do keep this growth path in this upcoming year!
