ReEat Rocha Pear is a recovery strategies project off the ripening ability directed to different markets, in the post-storage of Rocha treated with 1-MCP. A pioneering plan to try to modulate the ripening process to adapt to selling at different times of the year and the requirements of different markets.

Led by Frutus and RochaCenter, the project was presented by Armando Torres Paulo of Frutus, by the RochaCenter Board and by Nélson Isidoro and Filipe Silva (members of the RochaCenter CTC), in Berlin, in February 2020, at Fruit Logistica.
